"This wonderfully charming hotel has way more to offer than simply a unique architecture. The dinner (which is included in the price) is top quality European fare that would be impressive even in the finest Taipei restaurants. The nightly 'concert' is a free curated music medley played over one of the best hi-fi audio systems ever made (the vintage Focus Utopia with beryllium speakers), and smaller systems with a free classical CD library are available in the larger rooms. This is not just a hotel, it's a fully unique overnight experience."

"Breakfast was unfortunately the worst part: if you have to have a Chinese breakfast, at least make it flavorful. Again, don’t use the link to get directions, manually put the address in to get directions. Shower turns into a mini-swimming pool in the bathroom, unfortunately no heat in the room and that was kinda needed"

"This B&B was a great find! The rooms were clean and spacious, though it's slightly older. We appreciated the heated blankets. Enjoy the sunrise from your balcony if it faces east – it saved us a drive up the mountain. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the nuts and chili sauce (which they sell too)! Definitely keep in mind that the front desk closes at 9 pm. Be cautious if arriving at night; the driveway is dark and hard to spot. The parking/reception is at the top of the hill, past the small house."
