"None of the staff spoke English. The hotel was 30 kilometers from Hanoi. On my hotel search, I specially requested hotels in Hanoi. This hotel should not have come up on my search. I wasted my entire Vietnam stay. I am very disappointed and angry with the Expedia site. "

"Good location. Staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean good size. Breakfast is limited. Will be nice to have cereal & yogurt. Overall a good stay & reasonable price."

"So here's the deal. The cost is reasonable, the location is good, but the property is clearly positioned as pay-by-hour establishment. The staff were nice and kind, with good coffee available in the morning. Some of my teammates had minor room issues (e.g. water leaking from around the ceiling mounted shower head), but overall not too upset with the accommodation. "
