"The staff was great, so friendly, and very helpful. I did ask about the pool and was told it was heated at 75 degrees always. That was definitely not correct. That pool was freezing. I had two kids with me and even they said it was too cold. The hot tub was great but we chose this hotel for the pool and being inside I didn't expect it to be that cold. Very disappointing but, the rest of the hotel was great. The
