The room was clean, security was great, beds were comfy. Only complaint was lots of noise from the room above. Families with children, and I love children, should be on the bottom floor. I know they get rambunctious but it was after 11pm.

Unfortunately they were the only place that still had kitchen suites during race weekend. They price gouged knowing they could, $850 for 2 nights. Then when we get there we find out they do not provide ANYTHING for the kitchenette, no silverware, no kitchen needs, not even soap for the dishes you have to buy. Also no extras in the room like tissues, shampoo/conditioner etc. The hotel was clean and in a safe area. We are used to IHG where they have everything you could want and need. Overall very unhappy with the experience.

We stayed at this hotel last year and it is definitely not a normal hotel. There is no iron, no ice machine, no breakfast, and no lobby restroom. We knew that this time and were prepared. We chose it because of the laundry room. It's really nice and big. We planned our trip around stopping there and using the laundry room halfway through our trip. It's very clean and nice. The front desk staff was friendly.
