"This is an outstanding property in a quiet, picturesque part of Stoke-on-Trent (the village of Barlaston). Morgan at Reception on Tuesday afternoon 15/7/25 was fantastic… very helpful, very pleasant! Dinner was very nice…and the wait staff pleasant and efficient! Our room was well appointed and beds very comfortable, with a nice ensuite and shower. This property exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend this property! "The property needs a serious overhaul looking very dated in decoration.
Old wall paper on the walls with marking on the paper , carpets need a refresh , small tv which needs to be replaced with a new tv on the wall.
Bathroom shower worked but needs a new shower as i couldnt properly turn the shower off after use.
Minamul tea facilities in room.
Veru poor standard of accommodation but it was quite cheap hotel .
Think i will book a different hotel next time"

"For the money it’s great could have done with a blind as if you open the curtains everybody can see in so we didn’t the whole time which made it quite depressing but like I say that is it apart from that it was great thank you "
