"Everything was perfect, room cleaned and fresh towels everyday. Bed was comfortable and room was warm. Breakfast was hot and a good variety of cooked and continental to choose from. Perfect location for Stoke on Trent and motorway. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful throughout stay."

"I did not use restaurant. Although i did use Latte coffee machine 👌. Room was comfortable, bed extremely so👌. All room facilities were great. Staff very friendly & helpful. As a solo traveler i felt safe. Parking the only issue due to its proximity to Trentham Garden, restaurants & shops. People openly parking in hotel parking spaces & walking over to the shops. "

"The property itself was spotless. I didn't see a speck of dust. It is obviously cleaned pretty much daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was good. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. I would add some baking trays and oven gloves but apart from that it was great! The bedroom was clean and tidy. The windows had all been opened beforehand to air out the house. Towels were provided for each person which was handy as my girls forgot theirs. The beds were quite hard but everyone has their own preference. We shared the house with 2 ladies the first night who were really quiet. The second set of guests were much noisier; banging cupboards and doors early in the morning, but that isn't down to the host. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. The only thing I would improve is the communication. We drove 4hrs and despite messaging and calling a couple of times it took a long time to get the code for the key safe. "
