"Had a lovely stay here as was down to visit Emma Bridgewater. The hotel was central with excellent parking across the road . we had a lovely twin room which was spacious and modern and clean . The reception staff were friendly and helpful . A nice busy bar with friendly staff which we enjoyed a drink in in the evening . We didn't dine in the hotel as ventured out in the evening to support the local businesses. Didn't try the gym . The only downside is there was no spa / sauna / pool but we knew that before we went . I would definately stay again . "

"The property itself was spotless. I didn't see a speck of dust. It is obviously cleaned pretty much daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was good. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. I would add some baking trays and oven gloves but apart from that it was great! The bedroom was clean and tidy. The windows had all been opened beforehand to air out the house. Towels were provided for each person which was handy as my girls forgot theirs. The beds were quite hard but everyone has their own preference. We shared the house with 2 ladies the first night who were really quiet. The second set of guests were much noisier; banging cupboards and doors early in the morning, but that isn't down to the host. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. The only thing I would improve is the communication. We drove 4hrs and despite messaging and calling a couple of times it took a long time to get the code for the key safe. "

"The hotel had a very relax atmosphere even though it was very busy. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was perfect for our family and very clean. The pool was also clean and a nice space to chill out. We will be back."

"For the money it’s great could have done with a blind as if you open the curtains everybody can see in so we didn’t the whole time which made it quite depressing but like I say that is it apart from that it was great thank you "
