"Hoang Minh Mountainside Villa was a pretty unique experience overall. Being out in the jungle setting was definitely cool and gave the stay a different vibe compared to being right in town. That said, the location is quite far from Ninh Binh and Tam Coc, so getting to restaurants, shops, or anything else takes a bit of effort. The property does provide bikes, but unfortunately all of the ones we saw had flat tires and didn’t feel reliable enough for a longer ride into town. On the plus side, arranging a car was easy and convenient, usually with only a 5–10 minute wait. We stayed in the family suite, which was spacious and comfortable, and definitely a highlight of the stay. However, there were a few downsides. The breakfast was underwhelming and didn’t feel entirely food-safe, which was a bit concerning. Another issue was the shower, the shower head was quite corroded and the water pressure was almost nonexistent, making it difficult to use. Overall, it was a good stay. The property itself is cool and has the essentials, but there are a few areas that could use improvement to really match the setting."

"The Lotus Field was amazing. This is a place that is away from the hustle and bustle. The villas are built on stilts over the lotus fields. Magic. The staff is amazing and assisted us with everything we needed. The old town is a few kilometers away a quick grab will get you there. This is a place if peace and serenity. I cannot say enough about the family. Highly recommend. J & S from Canada."

"This was an incredible stay. The location, the breakfast oh that pool, so refreshing after long walks. You can access the entire area by foot. I stayed a week. Never rented a scooter and walked to Ninh binh twice. Freedom was such a relaxing wonderful experience and the little lady who literally sweeps, cleans and smiles all day. Made my day as the world goes mad. My mind was free. Thank you, it's not goodbye, just see you down the trail. 😍"
