"The room was clean and spacious, the staff were very nice, and happily allowed me and my friends to stay and quietly chat in the lobby after hours which was appreciated. "
"Fantastic, historic hotel in the centre of London with easy access to transport and main attractions. The dinner and breakfast options were very good and the Expedia VIP discount on food was great. A very nice, traditional English hotel."
"Our room was as described and was kept spotless by housekeeping. There were nice amenitites in the room such as water kettle for tea or coffee as well as a coffee machine. The bed was very comfortable. The best part of the visit was the hotel staff. They were always ready to make you visit as pleasurable as possible. This included receptionists, housekeepers, door men/hosts Pervez and Milion, concierges, and the host in the Green Parlour in the morning, Joe. Those three men added greatly to our enjoyment during our stay. We were there for one week and will definitely stay there the next time we visit London."
