"Room smelled bad. The sofa bed was horrible."

"The indoor pool was ice cold. 90% of the fitness equipment did not work. There was a hair in our shower. When we checked in, we received no verbal information about location of amenities, breakfast times, WiFi codes, etc. Breakfast was unimpressive. There was no milk for cereal because according to the employee, it was all expired although we did see her give an expired carton to a different guest."

"The lobby and the pool/ amenities were wonderful but that's about all I could say about the hotel. I made my reservation on April 17th for my stay on May 8th. They waited until the morning of to tell me that the room i reserved was not available and they had to move me to a smaller room. Their sister properties were full as well. Im not sure why i was not told of this plenty of time in adavnce. It was for my daughter's birthday and we did not have time to change our plans as she had multiple friends arranged to stay. I asked if i could get a refund for the difference in the rooms and they told me they'd have to contact the 3rd party and i was told i wouldnt get the refund from the 3rd party. There were stains on the sheets as well that we noticed as soon as we laid down and our air conditioning did not work (again noticed at 12:30 in the morning) We had trouble opening the sleeper sofa and went to use the phone to call down and it did not work. We went to the front desk to ask if we could get some pointers and the guy at the counter told us"I dont know how to work them i can just move your room" this was at 12:30 in the morning so moving wasn't an option with 5 people. So we asked for extra pillows and blankets for the 3 kids to make a pallet and was given 1 pillow and 1 blanket. The night shift staff was very rude and un-accommodating. The breakfast was mediocre and we noticed there were bugs floating in the apple juice container. This pool, fire pit, & basketball court was"

"Room was clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. Property is looking a little worn. Room was in need of an update. Grout on floor was construction glue. Something nasty was on the wall by the toilet. Needs a redo."

"The spark was newly updated. Comfortable bed, nice shower and bathroom.TV was fire stick ready and multiple USB ports throughout the room. The only thing lacking was a hot breakfast. Breakfast mainly consisted of bagels, muffins, fruit and yogurt"

"We’ve stayed here several times on our trips to Florida. Great halfway stop from Missouri. And it gets us through Atlanta early before traffic. The hotel staff are really nice and professional yet casual. Super clean rooms, lobby and grounds. Plus a very good breakfast in the morning which saves time and money getting on the road again. Great value for the money compared to other hotels. This hotel has become our go to stop on the way to the sunshine state."

"Not treated well by staff if you have concerns there is a professional way to approach them I do not feel that was done and my stay was unpleasant as a result The rooms are dated The bathrooms have built in tubs not modern showers. The curtains are dated the walls were painted but look cheap. The room has wall air conditioning not the central air. The lobby is very clean the furniture is dated though the breakfast is ok but they anyways run out of coffee It’s not really on the level of a hotel price at this point It should be cheaper br star if the dated room decor ur the doors have slide in keys not the touch key It’s underwhelming definitely not worth 118"
