"We really enjoyed our stay. The pool is amazing! And the entertainment team were phenomenal! Never a dull moment we love them! They were very engaging, the room needs more update. The food choices were amazing! And the waiters felt like becoming our family. They are all amazing! And Flor from the buffet we will surely missed her. The only downside is the check in, he was on rush to check us in, never explain the where we can find the foods, we were so hungry when we arrive didnt even offer any drink during check in process. Spa was okay. Overall we love our time! Will come back soon!"

This resort exceeded all expectations, we couldnt believe how excellent the food was, the breakfast buffet is incredible, made to order omelets and everything in between! Pool bar and poolside service was stellar, you sit down in the pool area and a server immediately comes up to you and brings you anything you want and its all excellent! All of the restaurants have different offerings and each one is better than the last! You walk out of your ocean view suite and theres a driver right there to take you wherever you want, resort is huge so this was extremely helpful. From the moment you pull up until the moment you leave you are pampered! The staff is proud of what they do and are truly dedicated to their jobs and what the property is all about. Go there, dont hesitate to book, you wont be disappointed, make sure you go all inclusive! "

"TL;DR: Chill, low-energy resort with good food but notable issues. Only one main pool (second is paid “Reserve”). Nights are quiet—most guests are in by 10:30. Activities fill quickly, so arrive early or risk being turned away. Resort even ran out of tequila one day. Biggest concern: money was stolen from our room by staff, and management was dismissive and failed to honor compensation. Highlights: Beautiful, well-maintained lobby and beach area. Great daytime activities (tequila/wine tastings, water aerobics, bocce). Food overall was strong—Santé was the standout, plus great guac, snacks, and pool burritos. Fire dance show was a highlight. Lowlights: Wi-Fi is weak, TVs outdated. Room had multiple maintenance issues (loose shower fixture, temp fluctuations, cracked mirror) and got uncomfortably hot at night. Bed was lumpy. Constant water noise in room. Room service was poor (cold, bland, low quality), though the club sandwich was decent. Several restaurants underwhelmed—especially Mexican and Italian—while Asian and buffet were average. Pool bar understaffed but manageable. Sky Bar was essentially non-operational when we visited. Other concerns: Limited sustainability efforts and questionable animal welfare on the beach. Major issue: Money was stolen from our room by staff. Management was dismissive, offered a credit, then refused to honor it—leaving a very negative final impression."

"room was wrong configuration , we asked for two queens and got one king. it did have a hide-a-bed. smaller property than most dreams, food option were therefore limited. food was good, but beach was in permanent black flag status, as the ocean is angry in that stretch. preferred rooms did not have butler service as is typical at this family of resort."

"Top of the line service and the hotel creates an experience for the travel the entire stay. Staff is very attentive and professionally trained for the most demanding guest. Child care services are top notch. Highly recommend you go and stay several extra days long than you want to. "
