The food was good just like every other resort, I did have issues checking in they made me pay even though I booked on Expedia so I had check in a hour later after my group did trying to sort that out. Other than that beautiful resort, but if you’re looking for a party that’s not it, families and couples everywhere but I do recommend

Special thanks to our besch attendant Mercedes for such good service at beach. The only problems we had were at the Italian restaurant. Twice we went there to put our name on wait list and waited for 45 -60 minutes Both times when we returned in said time they had missed our time and had no tables for another long time. We always ended going elsewhere. Very poorly managed

This is our first time to Cabo and to an all-inclusive property. The resort overall is overall clean, quite well run. There is direct access to the beach although it is not swimmable - there were patrols to ensure we didn't walk too close to the waves. The hotel room was spacious although could use some upgrades in the bathroom. Housekeeping service was great and prompt to response to our requests via their Hyatt app. We were happy with the food options - all the restaurants had great selections and quality for decent for the price point. I especially appreciate the large selection of mocktails since our kids got to enjoy some "fancier" drinks than just juices. One thing to improve would be on the consistency of restaurant service - we had a couple great servers but overall we had to ask for the same things several times. We also appreciate the option to drop off our kids at the Explorer Club so we could enjoy the meal at the adult-only restaurant. The kids club seems very fun as they have different activities throughout the day everyday. Our kids were only there for 2 hours and they had a great time. Overall we had a very pleasant stay at Dreams and would recommend the property.

There is nothing wrong with this place. Oceanfront room with our own pool. The food is gourmet…..top notch. We’ve been to many hotels world wide. This is the best all-inclusive luxury resort we’ve ever been to. You will love it!!

Dreams Los Cabos is a beautiful and well-maintained resort, and there were definitely parts of our stay we enjoyed. The grounds are attractive, live music was excellent, and pool activities were fun and engaging. The staff were consistently friendly and especially helpful in recommending the better food options. We booked an ocean-view suite, and while it technically faced the ocean, the main view was the back of a restaurant, which was disappointing given the upgrade. The food was good but inconsistent, with a bit of a learning curve to finding the best dishes at each restaurant. We were also surprised by the limited traditional Mexican cuisine — beyond highlights like the fish tacos and chilaquiles, most options leaned Italian, American, or general seafood. The biggest letdown was the drink quality. For a five-star all-inclusive, the bar program felt like an afterthought. Drinks varied widely by bartender, many cocktails missed the mark, and most frozen drinks were disappointing (except the piña colada). Margaritas were only average, and higher-quality liquor was used only if specifically requested. Overall, while the staff and atmosphere were strong positives, the experience didn’t fully meet five-star expectations. For the price, we hoped for more consistency and likely wouldn’t return.

The resort was great and the staff was amazing. I actually just think it’s totally overpriced if you’re not a person who drinks that much. The resort and amenities were lovely and everything is overall really good. I just think you can get a better price off of Expedia as well as through the resort directly and also I think through other properties that you can just get sort of the same thing for a better value. I stayed 2 1/2 days and it was 1500 bucks so it really wasn’t worth it.

I recently stayed at this resort and unfortunately had several disappointing experiences. First, a jacket went missing during my stay upon checking in, which was extremely upsetting. I understand that mistakes can happen, but losing a personal item of that value is unacceptable and has not been properly resolved. Additionally, after housekeeping serviced my room one day, my door was left open. This was very concerning from a safety and security standpoint. Guests should feel confident that their belongings and personal safety are protected. There were also maintenance issues — one of the lamps in the bedroom was not working, which should have been checked and addressed before assigning the room to a guest. The dining experience was also frustrating. Restaurant reservations take far too long to secure, and there is no flexibility for first-come, first-served seating. This makes it difficult to enjoy meals without planning far in advance, which takes away from a relaxing resort experience. Lastly, on a particularly busy day, there were not enough towels available. For a resort of this size, basic amenities like towels should always be sufficiently stocked. Overall, these issues significantly impacted what should have been an enjoyable stay. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves their service, security, and guest experience.

The room I got had a connection door, there was a baby there that cry several times during the night and wake up 6 am , I requested a change and took the 2 night tofibalg so it and change me to a room that super close to the Livy so then you can hear people laughing and talking u till 2-3 am , everything enlace Ewan great food and drinks

Friendliest staff you could ask for and the food is great. Love the one bedroom and living room setup which gives some privacy. All the activities and games definitely make the time go by quickly and the drinks are excellent. Mauricio who welcomed us and set us up with Resort credits and presentation was a huge help and support with things Resort and non-resort related.

Overall this is a beautiful resort! The restaurants are amazing, the grounds are beautiful, and the poolside staff was excellent! We were there to celebrate our friends birthday and they took great care of us!!! Would book this same location again in a heartbeat!!!
