Amazing stay for my brothers 30th birthday! Great food, service and the hotel was incredibly clean. We enjoyed the pool and beach area. The only area of opportunity would be nightly entertainment. After 10pm, hotel pretty much shut down. There was nowhere to get a drink or do anything. You had to go out into town for any entertainment.

The rooms, pool, beach and food were great! The jet ski company and golf club they recommended were not great! I recommend the company refer guests elsewhere and hotel guests do their own research if they want to jet ski or play golf. I would definitely stay at resort again though. Just not take their recs for excursions.

My family had such a great time the food was beyond our expectations. The hotel was extremely clean. Only issue we ran into was chairs by the pool those seemed to be taken by 6:30am other than that we had lots of fun and would return for another stay in the future.

Everything about the staff and hotel was great, and I have no complaints. The only complaints I have are with the activities and kids club. For the kids club, they charge about $25 per hour. It is very small, and if you want to go there and not pay the $25 per hour, you need to stay with your child. However, there is not much to do in there. I wish they had things for toddlers and the younger crowd. To stay at the kids club, you need to be at least four years old. Therefore, if you're deciding for or against this facility and you have children under the age of four, They will not be able to take advantage of the kids club. For any children above four years old, be prepared to pay $25 per hour for each child. For adult activities, I would recommend some activities that are more sports themed. An example would be beach volleyball, beach soccer, badminton on the grass, etc. They have ping pong tables, but they will only be out or accessible for an hour at a time on a random day of the week.

We liked everything except for service at some of the restaurants and from concierge and from other servers. The concierge tried to sell and lied expressly to sell at any cost. Some of the servers truly needed training as they did not know anything about guests who pay for day passes.

Just a really fun vacation. Stayed during spring break which absolutely was not an issue. Very low key and chill. Most college kids are near Medano. Food was awesome. Service was great. Just a great atmosphere and culture.

Everything was fantastic, the nice part is they have an infinity pool where kids are allowed, but have a lazy river where it attracts them more, so both adults and kids can enjoy, food was great too.
