"Second visit within one month. We put up with the room allocation on the first visit, very outdated and at the back with no views at all. Due to the excellent location of the hotel, we booked again and were very surprised to find that we were in the same room, but two floors higher. The room was also a little smaller. The noise from other peoples aircon through the bedroom window was very loud. No use complaining as we heard lots of guests so doing to no avail. The reception staff are not interested. Suffice to say we will be staying somewhere else in future."
