"We stayed for two weeks while exploring the Costa Del Sol area. It was very conveniently located just at the edge of Fuengirola only 25 minute train from Malaga where we flew into. It had easy local bus access 15 minutes to downtown Fuengirola. It was conveniently located for the tours that we took. We just walked a few minutes up to a bus stop and that’s where we were picked up. Train station within 8 min walk. Even found pickleball to play 15 minutes away and took uber to get there and bussed back after. Great apartment-spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was simply decorated, but loved the convenience of the kitchen to make our own food most nights. Has stove top and microwave and all the pots pans needed. The big Supercor grocery store was a 20 minute walk and there were local market stores (Corsivsn was good) that you could pick up the essentials and drinks . It Didn’t hurt that we were located right next-door to an amazing bakery where we picked up croissants and treats regularly. There is a promenade in the front that you can walk for miles, we’d people watch from the balcony and enjoy sunrise view. Restaurants around were opened dinner time only a couple closed for Siesta in the afternoon between two and five. Front desk staff were helpful with any questions and suggestions. Happy we could keep our luggage locked up on last day after 11:00 check out as our flight didn’t leave until end of day. I would return here next time in Spain. "

"Professional efficient friendly staff. The rainforest atrium is exceptional. The food was delicious. The public train & bus and the free hotel shuttle schedule were frequent and mostly on time. "

"Staff are very friendly, it is family friendly and a lot activities to do. Room was very clean and spacious. Only complaint is the check in process can be quite long and a bit more organized? We arrived a couple of hours early and did the whole check-in with badges and said we had to wait till 2pm for check-in. Came back and had to do the whole line up again where it takes forever for people to do the wrist bands, passports etc. The only difference was they called to see if our room was ready but we already had the key cards. Also, there is a checkin and checkout line up but guests don't really follow the signs so it would be easier if there were just one line and the front desk just serves the next person at the top of the line. But the staff were very friendly. "

"It’s a fabulous hotel, with amazing facilities and lovely staff. The food is also first class and reasonably priced. We loved the Med restaurant and the Arara bistro restaurant was our favourite! I think the bedrooms could have been larger, with comfier chairs on the balcony and around the table. The ventilation was also not that well designed from the toilet into the room. But nonetheless it was a fab experience and we would go again. "

"Pros: The staff are the most kind and efficient we have ever met in any hotel in Europe. They are truly amazing professional, helpful, and always smiling. They absolutely deserve the best recognition and payment for their hard work. The food was good, and the service at the restaurant was excellent as well. Overall, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff made a big difference in our stay. Cons: Unfortunately, we found cockroaches in the gym, which was quite unpleasant. The bathrooms are unsafe: every time we used the shower, water would spill all over the floor, making it very slippery and dangerous. One of our family members even got a cut on her ankle because the shower door was unstable and moved unexpectedly. We constantly had to use lots of toilet paper to dry the floor after every shower to avoid slipping. The room conditions are quite poor — everything looks old and worn out, and several things are falling apart. Pros: El personal es el más amable y eficiente que hemos conocido en cualquier hotel de Europa. Son realmente increíbles profesionales, atentos y siempre sonrientes. Sin duda merecen el mejor reconocimiento y una excelente remuneración por su trabajo. La comida estaba buena, y el servicio en el restaurante fue excelente también. En general, la amabilidad y atención del personal marcaron una gran diferencia en nuestra estancia. Contras: Lamentablemente, encontramos cucarachas en el gimnasio, lo cual fue bastante desagradable, muy sucio el gym. "
