"I feel as if the stay should be cheaper. The location was not ideal. Dirty balcony, surrounding location was not too pleasant. The room itself was ok, cleaned and prepared though. Shower was a bit small and the water didn’t get too warm. However, the contact was very helpful and a very nice guy. I just would not choose to stay here again unfortunately."

"A lovely family run spot around 15 mins walk out of the chaos of the main central piazza. A short walk to st angelo where we visited a traditional Italian family run restaurant which was very reasonable and had a great vibe"

"All good, easy to get there and it had everything you need. I would recommend to have the ear plugs for free since it’s a busy street so it can be very noice during the night, but otherwise it was a perfect stay. Thanks :)"

"Veronica from the lobby contacted us and met us at the hotel. The lobby is one flight up stairs. She carried my wife's bag up. The rooms are huge and newly refurbished with modern fixtures. The hotel is situated in a wing of an old monastery and some historical architectural elements have been preserved.
The hotel is close to the Duomo, restaurants, and the architectural museum. Taxi pickup and dropoff worked well."

"Great place. Next to the train station but not so close as to hear the trains. Great amenities such as: gym, kitchen, and overall space to chill.
I really enjoyed my stay"
"The best food in Naples is served at the hotel restaurant! Our most relaxing times were on the terrace of the restaurant.
Unfortunately we had a bedbug in our first room. The hotel was very accommodating and we were moved immediately."
"Good hotel in a good location. Less than 10 minutes walk from Sorrento Centre. Breakfast fine. Rooms good. Only criticism is that the room Mini bar is not free. There were 3 bottles of water and 2 cans of soft drinks in the fridge. No price list or indication that any items were chargeable. We drank the water and then asked to pay when checking out. It was not a problem as it was only 3 euros but I believe any hotel should make it clear to their guests what is chargeable and provide a price list. Personally I think a 4 star hotel should provide complimentary water. Overall the hotel is absolutely fine and whilst I would happily stay there again it was nothing to rave about."
"The property and its location are breathtaking. The staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful in arranging anything you needed. The owner was present each day and ensured our stay was going well. They even picked up that it was my son's birthday and had a small Celebration for him at breakfast."
