This is a great walkable location. We came for the Beyoncé concert and it was only an 8 minute walk to the venue. Nice, clean safe place.

Location Location Location!

Nice apartment, walking distance to CN tower, union station, Leafs etc. Fully equipped kitchen (no food stocked). Grocery and Tim's next door. Great view of the city. Could use a few more pillows and towels, but overall good.

Disappointed at best

The condo was exactly what we needed for our stay however when we contacted the renters for assistance they said they would be over to help and they never did come We asked multiple times for help by text and email but never got what we needed The condo was in poor condition, surfaced cleaned but overall quit unkept The condo didn’t match the picture

Clean, fresh laundry- towels- in dryer ready for us, could tell they had pinesol cleaned- kind of strong- condition of condo pretty good. Found marijuana in drawer in bedroom- I think legal in Canada/Toronto but not really what I wanted to find in bedroom my child was sleeping in.

Pros: This apartment has great location, checkin and out was easy, parking is included - downtown hotels don't offer free parking, we had an amazing view if CN Tower from the City Condo, it was really clean, except for the carpet in the bedroom. Cons: On checkout morning there was no hot water, there are no privacy curtains in the living room.

We reserved under the address 2 Harbourfront Suites. It wasn't until we asked for the instruction email just hours before arriving that we found it was a total different address, building and area than we reserved thru expedia. No coffee pot (when we called about this, we did not receive a call/text in return), extremely limited kitchen utensils and incidentals. Place was reasonably clean, lots of towels, but no dishcloths and limited faceclothes.

The location is amazing, close to everything and TCT within walking distance. The check-in & check-out instructions were super clear & easy to follow. The beds were very comfortable and the AC was definitely needed! The condo could use a good deep clean and the furniture is very outdated. The couch wasn’t very comfortable. The dining table chairs as well. The coffee table is loud & clunky. The patio furniture is in rough shape. There wasn’t a plug in the bathroom for the bath. The dishes were still wet in the cupboard which grossed me out. It wouldn’t take much to make this place 5 star!
