Hotel desk staff very friendly. Hotel in transition to another brand. Complete construction zone, outdated, elevator not working. Room was clean but very outdated. Pictures on the website very very misleading. Would have never booked if I would have known.

TV didn't work. No pool and hot tub as advertised. No breakfast as advertised No hot water in the morning. Sink wouldn't drain. Room was cold upon arrival.
