"Easy access to airport"

"Upon entering the hotel, it was nice. It looked clean. The staff was nice upon check-in. It was a quick check-in process upon entering my room. It seemed fine. It was an adjoined room which I didn't like, but it seemed OK maybe about two or three hours after getting comfortable. I see a mouse went across the floor. I immediately packed my things and called the front desk. I was then given another room, which was fine. It was clean. You know the issue is people leave their food, trash and things outside in the hall for pick up all night long from the time I checked in until checkout time the same food and trash was out in the hallway, of course rodents."

"What a disaster, never again. The floor in the room was sticky. There was dog crap in the hallway and outside by the door nobody bothered to pick up. Sketchy looking characters everywhere in the parking lot and property. They gave us two small pillows that barely supported your head. A horrible general manager with a serious ego problem that was no help with a billing issue. The only thing good about this place was the coffee."

"Near the outlets. Great location. Rates are very affordable. Very clean and it smells good when you walk in. "

"The room had great natural lighting and was very clean, which made the stay comfortable and pleasant. The staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming. A big plus is that the hotel offers free Tesla charging, which was very convenient. If I had to point out something to improve, the breakfast did not meet my expectations. There were no whole boiled eggs, and no waffle or pancake maker for fresh preparation. The yogurt seemed like it might be past its prime, the bananas looked quite old, and items were not restocked in a timely manner. Overall, though, it was still a great stay, and I would recommend this hotel."
