I booked my room online at the last minute and it was a good price and the front staff was friendly. Those were the pros. I didn't realize it was an extended stay place however but that wasn't a make or break for me. The room looked like it hadn't been swept, the surfaces weren't very clean and the bathroom had dried liquid stains on the walls and the back of the door. The floor in the bathroom was also not swept. Around 11pm the smell of marijuana wafted through the room, despite the fact that you sign a waiver at the front that you won't smoke in the rooms. I will be in the Charlotte area several times a year but I would not stay here again and I wouldn't recommend it to my friends or family either. I'm sorry I couldn't leave a good review.
