"Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Fast check-in and check-out. One of the most beautiful hotels you will find around Manila Bay. Excellent pool area and its famous Spiral Buffet were undoubtedly highlights. TV reception and room closet doors were dated. Heard that the hotel will be closing later this year which is unfortunate for the employees and other guests looking at staying at a Sofitel property in Manila. Excellent location for leisure and business travellers. Good value for the money."
