My room felt both luxurious and serene, blending modern comfort with Kyoto’s understated elegance. The service was another major highlight. Every staff member I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay seamless. They went above and beyond to help secure dinner reservations, which I deeply appreciated. One small example of their thoughtful service: after I asked for additional water on one of the days, the staff proactively ensured I had extra water prepared for the rest of my stay without needing to ask again.
