"Lovely hotel friendly and good sized room we had a triple for parent teen and grandparent and we didn’t get in each others way. Breakfast was good quality and relaxed, good air con in room."

"What I want from a hotel room is a comfortable bed and a decent shower. Unfortunately, I found the bed too hard and unsupportive. The shower head adjuster was broken, meaning that the water came out at chest level. The bathroom wall was glass, so turning the light on in there flooded the bedroom with light as well, so any visit in the middle of the night woke my partner. The "wardrobe" was a spinning cube that took up a lot of the floor space. It was also quite noisy - although we were at the end of the corridor, we could still hear quite a lot of noise from other rooms. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was good - we were able to walk everywhere. "

"Very average for Novotel. I expected much more. The air conditioning did not work properly we always woke up sweating. There was only one side of the room that had sockets for charging. Breakfast was fine, and also good parking facility. To be honest for the price you pay I would expect more. Would avoid staying again if I could."

"+ reception staff 24/7 + fresh daily towel + restaurants around + lockable capsules for safety + enough washrooms and showers so no wait time - the railing for the sliding doors of capsule were not vacuumed - there's no shampoo or conditioner, nor hairdryer - while people tried to be quiet, the space isn't sound proof at all - the capsule only has a type c and usb charger and it only charges when you're in your capsule since it needs ur key for power. Therefore anytime you stepped out and wanted to charge something- it was not possible; additional outlet charge would have been useful "

"Terrible experience. - First hotel we have ever stayed at that charge guests to use the pool. Unbelievable - Leak in the bathroom which was reported however no action taken by staff - Main door to the room scraping against the floor and wouldn't open properly - No youtube on the smart TV - Same breakfast every day with limited options - Requested a complimentary late check-out only for a couple of hours however this was declined "
