"Fantastic traditional building inside and out. Staff were great. Absolutely loved the decor in the room. Place was immaculately clean. I witnessed constant floor mopping everywhere. Two things that were a bit lacking and didn’t need to be. Bedside wall lamp had no bulb and was not secured to the wall. "I was told that parking in the subterranean lot was free but because I did not keep his ticket. It cost me 13 euros an extra walk to the hotel and an hour of time. He knew who I was when I came in. "Pretty property but services overstated. None of the staff spoke English. They were unable to process credit cards but didnt tell us that when we checked in. Had to walk all over town looking for ATM to check out. Person in room under us had TV full volume until after midnight. Called front desk they did not address the situation. They seemed understaffed. Restaurant was not great. "
