"Convenient, clean and tidy."

"Kids gift pack in the room was great! Room was very tired, and the bathroom was quite damp and mouldy. A shower only had a full height head, but no shower cap provided. Didn’t use facilities as when I booked the hotel it told me I needed to book and pay extra, we were only going to have an hour so didn’t bother bringing swimwear. Turns out swimming was an option available included for our booking. Dinner was disastrous, but once we had spoken to 3 staff it was dealt with. However it did put a downer on the stay which was for a special occasion. "

"Stayed 3 weeks in a row, week three I was put in room 60. Very uncomfortable bed, had an odd smell in the room. Shame as the previous two rooms were perfectly lovely."

"Dirty stained towels, shower didn't work correctly, red hot rooms, window wouldn't open correctly, paint coming off the walls. No point in complaining at the front desk because I was only there late and gone early. Poor."
