"I had an excellent stay at Drury Inn & Suites Cleveland Beachwood. The room was very clean, and the entire facility was spotless and well maintained. Every staff member I encountered was professional, hospitable, friendly, and always available to help. The breakfast was outstanding. They never ran out of items, and everything was warm, fresh, and delicious. The coffee was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. All of the staff were wonderful, but most of my interactions were with Aston, who truly went above and beyond. Anything we needed, he made sure it was taken care of. His professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. I’ve stayed at several hotels, and if every hotel had someone like Aston, they would all be five-star hotels.
