This place is awful! I honestly never even got out of the car to checkout the room because of how bad the property was maintained. Broken down cars with flat tires everywhere. The smell of cannabis was everywhere. People partying in the parking lot walking around half naked. I booked the room because it was close to Racino but, I’m not familiar with the area and what a mistake!! Stay away!!!

Avoid at all costs. Scuzzy... like sticky floor. Incredibly overpriced. Spare does not begin to describe: 1/2 roll toilet paper, one thin questionable towel, very used & thin bedsheets... felt like a movie scene from a B movie, but not in an ironic way; more like someone forgot it's 2026, not 1950. Don't go there.

The property was poorly maintained. The hall carpets, and the carpets on the stairs were ripped. They were broken tiles in the bathroom. The place looked like it hadn’t been painted since the great depression. This place is a dump.
