It was not a very pleasant stay! Our First night there, we stayed on the first floor. I couldn't sleep at all. The stomping from upstairs room kept me up, but definitely not my SO. That mofo just didn't wanna get up. Knowing damn right

Outdated and rooms need some renovation but it’s not the Ritz Carleton. Rooms were clean, the bed comfortable and the rate was great compared to others on a crazy weekend where hotels jacked up their rates.

I had to wait to check in because my room was not ready. I asked if there were other rooms available and was told that was the only they had with what I had requested. The hotel didn't seem to be very full at the time.

Poor service and poor quality

There was a foul odor in my room. I asked for another room. Though not as bad, the smell persisted. The rooms were not well kept. Stains on the sink and night stands that were removed with Lysol wipes indicating the room was not cleaned. The new room did not have a shower curtain. I had to ask for a shower curtain 3 times in a 20 hour span before I was given one.

For $200 a night-There was mold on nearly all walls in the bedroom and pool area. The pool water was cloudy and slimy (not visible) causing me to fall on steps upon entry. The floor in hotel room was not vacuumed. The bathroom floors were not mopped. Not enough supplies in hotel bathroom. Guest were loud and disruptive though-out the night. At one time there were three managers/owner hovering in the lobby. Later, front desk workers were gone for at least hours at a time. We live 6 hours away and were there and came for the Twins Day Festival. The hotel stay was so poor that we may just need to drive to and from on the same day. We will not be back to this specific hotel. I would avoid staying here in the future. On the positive side: the morning worker for the breakfast was so kind, thoughtful, and hard working!

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was clearly not cleaned in a long time—there was trash in every corner, the refrigerator was filthy, and the bathroom had mold and dirt everywhere. Both beds had dirty blankets, and shockingly, mine even had a blood stain on it. This place was a disaster. For the high price, I expected at least basic cleanliness, but it was far from that. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone

This is an excellent hotel I will definitely be back…the price is great, amenities superb, the cleanliness is 5 stars, the staff is amazing…the breakfast was good‼️ I complimented the guy at the front desk everything was excellent‼️They also have a pool

No frills, just a good place to stay

There aren't any frills here, and we weren't looking for any, just a place to stay, grab a croissant sandwich, waffle or bagel from the breakfast bar, and go visit family. The hotel has some age, but they are remodeling. Everything was clean, and the staff was absolutely great.

THE BEST IN THE AREA

The room as clean, up to date with extremely comfortable beds with excellent sheets and down comforter. The bathroom was excellent as was everything. From the dumps I have stayed at, this is a 4-star hotel complete with good people.

Me in a couple friends of mine came here for just a day to scope out some abandoned areas in the place. It wasn’t a long day, but the state that we did have wasn’t great at all. I set up my room and then when I got there, they told me that I had to be 21 or older and it did not specify that on the app or even when I called up there. But nevertheless, one of my friends ended up helping figuring that out. They also didn’t specify that we had to pay for every single thing of food that we grabbed. And I also never got my deposit back. We went swimming like an hour before it closed and in the pool one of my friends got deep cut on their foot. I would never stay even 1 night here!

Enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and friendly. Welcome gift was a nice feature. Only real complaint would be the lighting in our room. A floor lamp or table lamp by the desk would have been nice.
