"I liked that it was a very quaint, pretty little cottage in a very good location - within walking distance of the town centre but not too close for it to be noisy. The passing traffic in the morning can be quite noisy at times but nothing terrible at all. The lady who owns the property has obviously put a lot of thought into little extras and items you might find useful when staying away from home, which were greatly appreciated. "I booked on line which i wont ever do again ,the rooms are so small and badly decorated ,bathrooms need sprucing up very difficult with no shelves in bathroom ,also the stools by the kettle to high for the elderly to get up on ,i know it was a cheap price ,but honestly i would prefer travelodge ,decent chairs to sit on with plenty of teas ,coffee etc good lighting plugs by mirrors ,no tidy place to sit ,and advertising sea view had to stand on bed to see it. So for me we wouldnt stay there again...

"Great place for business travellers who want to work out before or after day's work. The gym is well equipped, well temperature regulated and not too crowded. There's also a pool, which may have seen better days but is still great to do some laps. The room was spacious, clean, silent and had all that's needed for a comfy stay. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout. Only remark: you HAVE to have a car as there's no taxi or Uber service, which was a major inconvenience with this place being "in the sticks"."
