"Had a lovely suite which overlooked the pool. Nice view, but many happy and noisy children. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, which we found strange. Staff very nice. Breakfast quite good. Suite nice and clean and comfortable. Would stay here again."

"We booked an ocean view room and we ended up in a room almost as far away from the ocean than you can be at the resort. When communicating to staff that this what we had booked and showing them the confirmation they we not helpful and said "that is not what we have on our end""

"Arrived a bit early and our room was ready. Everything was clean and the AC worked well. Pool looked nice, didn't get to use it. Loved having the Lemon Bar right there and just a short walk to the beach. Loved the charm of the property and vibe of Neptune... well definitely be back for a longer stay. If i had one wish, it would be that room keys also worked on the sliding doors so that you could exit and lock from the back. "

"A lot of things could use updating, it was very hard to sleep with an AC that made a constant loud rattling noise. "

"Delayed flight. Came in at 1:30 a.m. Front desk was closed. They close from 12:00 a.m. - 8 a.m. w/ a security guard. She was great, but we couldn't get our room. Had to find other options at 1:30 in the morning. Filed for a refund and no one has been able to contact them."

"This is a beautiful and clean hotel. We wished we could have stayed longer. Great staff and the rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. They even had a laundry room that we could use. I will be looking for TownePlace Suites from now on."
