"This is probably one of the best properties to vacation in Cartagena. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I honestly wish I could have stayed longer than a week with them."

"Wonderful facility. The rooms were clean and refreshed daily. The staff was very capable and warm. The pool area is the heart of the hotel. Three pools each which a different depth perfect for kids or adults depending on your wishes. The staff would set up lounges for you if all visible ones were taken and the the waiters were always happy to serve drinks from the pool bar. The breakfast had lots of variety including smoothie and omelet stations and plenty of fresh fruit along with American, Colombian, and Mediterranean food options. "
