Tien Lang Trips (flight + hotel)

This lovely hotel located in the old quarter is perfect for people coming to Hanoi for the first time. It is convenient located, the staff are friendly and the rooms are great for the price. I was on the 7th floor, in 702 and there is a lift which is a bonus. There is AC that is included and the WiFi works in the rooms too. You get 2x500ml bottles of water everyday, tea, coffee, a kettle and a fridge. The toiletries are also good as you get a dental kit, cotton buds, shaver, shower cap, shower gel and shampoo. It is rare to get this amount of things in a 3 star that is so affordable. The breakfast is pretty good for the price and it is filled right up to 10am. There is a bit of noise from the street but nothing bad. Also, the shower leaked slightly but easily solvable.

The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. The breakfast that was included in our stay was amazing and the location of the hotel is very convenient! We enjoyed our stay.

The bed was extremely comfortable. I wanted to take it home with me. The receptionist and doormen were really friendly and helpful. I rarely write a review but had to this time because this hotel is a rare gem. I will be back.

The hotel is in good location, within 1km walking from main attractions. I will stay this hotel again when I come back to Ha noi.

The entire staff was outstanding. The concierge service above and beyond expectations.
