"The property is in a beautiful setting and very close to Colonial Williamsburg. The staff were excellent. The room was nice with a living room, kitchen area across from the bathroom, then a bedroom with a door, which was nice. There was a tv in the living area and the bedroom. And it was clean. Other areas of the hotel weren't horrible, but could definitely be cleaner and use some upgrades. The continental breakfast was okay, but not the best we have had in other hotels. We were charged a resort fee for each night we stayed there, but unfortunately the swimming pool and splash park were closed for renovation. This should have been listed as closed on their website. We never did find a putt-putt course, but it must be there somewhere. So the resort fee was really charged for nothing we could use."

"Nice and clean property. Indoor and outdoor pools on site. Kids friendly. Also indoor pool and hot tub for adults only in the Oceanaire, next door. Outdoor bar/restaurant on site by boardwalk. Fire pits available. The parking garage is across street and can be busy depending on time of day and season. Overall, had a great experience with stay and staff was nice."

"We had a wonderful time at this property! Waking up to the sunrise was absolutely breath-taking. The staff was great!! Very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. I will definitely stay here again! I would have given 5 stars, but the property is a bit dated. I believe that they are replacing mattresses, but ours was still very lumpy and somewhat uncomfortable. Overall, this is a great place to stay with direct access to the beach. We will definitely stay here again!"
