"We have stayed here before but this time was particularly disappointing. The bathroom door didn’t close properly and looked like someone peed on it. The television didn’t work and when I went downstairs to talk to the front desk, because the phone in the room was just for show and couldn’t actually plug in anywhere, I was told to try to reset the tv, if it was one that could be reset, otherwise there was nothing they could do. And when I mentioned that I came down due to the phone situation, that I couldn’t call the front desk from the room, I was told to plug the phone in, which I would have done had there been anyway to do so. Very disappointed "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Anytime I go to Myrtle Beach we always book here! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, always ready to assist with anything I needed. I especially appreciated the convenient location and peaceful atmosphere. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and overall, it exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."
