"The room was newly renovated. We've stayed here multiple times before. Love this place. The staff is wonderful, the pools are great, it's away from the crowd, but close enough to everything. This time we did run into a few issues. The bath tub wouldn't drain, there was no fitted sheet on the bed, remote was missing and they couldn't find one until the next morning. So we didn't watch tv at all. Other than that. Great place to stay."

"We've stayed here many times as we enjoy going to Myrtle Beach, and normally have a great stay, but this stay was not up to their usual standards. The room wasn't cleaned well from previous people....there was hair in the shower drain and on the shower walls. There was leftover toothpaste in the sink and on the counter top in the bathroom we had to clean up. Floor was gritty and hadn't been cleaned well. In addition, besides the electrical outlets behind the bedside table for the light and the clock there are no other outlets on the qalls by the beds... And they have extra outlets anchored to the desk but if you have something like a CPAP or a heating pad or something that you need to plug in in bed, your only option is to unplug something else that you might need like the lights or the clock on the bedside table... So I would suggest rethinking having more available outlets for people with things like a CPAP or a heating pad to help them sleep. The staff that helped us check in named Aiden was phenomenal!! Very friendly and very helpful!!! This is still a good hotel in a great location and a good value and I just hope that our next trip the next time we go there will be much improved! "

"Great stay overall. Check-in was kinda long, compared to other hotels but was 15 minutes at most. Staff was friendly. The parking situation was annoying at first but you get used to it. I didn’t have any food there. The water parks were great for adults and kids. Not many issues of kids being rowdy besides normal kid stuff, I mean what do you expect. Only gripe with waterparks was no internal corridor to travel through when it was cold. Plenty of room and pool towels provided, housekeeping didn’t clean the room but also wasn’t needed. I did see a sign about housekeeping only being their certain days so that may have been it. The tiki bar was closed which was unfortunate. I enjoyed having a mini kitchen (it had everything you needed to make a meal) to offset eating costs at expensive restaurants. No major gripes or issues, and would definitely stay again. "
