Apart from the rooms which are brilliant what really struck us was the quality and absolute brilliant attitude of all the staff - reception, bar, restaurant - all better than you would get in some five star London hotels. This - and the Jubilee - are now our first choice and our only frustration (which is a credit to the hotel) is that they are often fully booked before others."
