They are so warm, friendly and accomodating and really looked after us. It was my birthday over the time we stayed and they organised a cake and decorations in our room and really went above and beyond. The location is fantastic, right round the corner from the Hoan Kiem lake, plenty of restaurants, spas, shops. The breakfast was good value for money, the room was spacious and again the staff accomodation all our needs whether providing extra pillows or arranging an airport drop off.
