"The hotel is conveniently located near Rt. 81 in Syracuse and within comfortable distance from the airport. The airport shuttle was a welcomed amenity. The room was clean, spacious, peaceful, and comfortable. It was a pleasurable and affordable stay. We'll be back again if our travels happen to roll through Syracuse."

"As soon as we pulled up I got an icky feeling, the outside was flooded and absolutely riddled with trash. The inside hallways on our way to the room, exactly the same, filthy. I wish I could say the room was better, one moldy towel. Stains all over the room... And don't use the tissue box unless your fully vaccinated against all communicable diseases. Ohhhh and the surprise $50 fee that was charged at check in .. unless your looking to bang skanks and blow lines this place isn't for you"

"Had no room when I arrived for my stay!!! "

"Horrible, the bedding was filthy, zero towels available, none in our room or for the pool. We had to order some from Wal mart. There was on staff member at check in who was doing everything he was amazing and I felt so bad for him! The next morning there was nothing for breakfast, it was all empty at 8:15, there were no plates the staff member had to door dash some. There was dog poop in the lobby laying in a pile off junk that wasn’t here the whole time. The pool water was absolutly disgusting!! The staff however was amazing and tried their best! I would of walked out "
