"Could do with an update. Had a lower level room very quiet which was ideal for me, large room, dated but comfy. Evening meal was terrible, order came out wrong and wasn't worth the money. Didn't eat here again. Breakfast is decent. Staff are friendly when you see them, evening dinner servier wasn't that pleasant, not busy but asked to wait and seemed a bit aggressive with it, bit of an attitude. "

The facility was old but house keeping was very good and members of staffs were very friendly and helpful. 10-15min by car from Alton Tower was great. The list of defects were really high from holes in the carpet mismatched furniture door strip on the bathroom door coming off to name only a few.
