"Some of the hotel could use some Updating. If you want cold rooms, that might be an issue. Our room was a lot warmer. Air just didn’t seem to get cool enough. If you do book this hotel - highly recommend getting the hotel with a breakfast package. The breakfast buffet was AWESOME. The man made beach was nice but it was packed with seaweed this time of year so we weren’t able to use it. "
"This was a perfect place for my family and I to vacation. The shuttle was helpful to explore the surrounding areas of old San Juan. The free breakfast was a real breakfast not just complementary. The staff does a great job at maintaining the property. I appreciate how clean it is. How would you react to this location with my family!"
"We had a great experience overall. The location is excellent, and the staff truly stood out- friendly, helpful, and consistently going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The property was clean, well-maintained and pleasant. There were a couple minor disappointments. Upon arrival we were informed the gym was out of service, which was unfortunate since it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel over others in the same area. Additionally, we were hoping for a bit of music in the pool area to enhance the atmosphere. We later found out a DJ is scheduled on weekends, but only for a short two-hour window, which we missed. Despite these hiccups, the experience was overwhelmingly positive. "
