"We arrived in Sapa early after the transfer from Loa Cai train station. We were going to check or bags, the receptionist upgraded our room and checked us in. She was amazing. The staff went above and beyond, Wendy kept in touch with us gave us maps, suggestions for day trips, arranged tickets for Fansipan. Hotel is on a quiet street a short distance to the main square. "This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The property is well maintained and the the staff is amazing. The only drawback is that the hotel is overrun by large tour groups. The breakfast experience was chaotic "
