Interestingly once I tracked it down it was a very well run an efficient process. The need to explain how to find the bus when you land if you not going to respond to email."

"It was just ok. Interior of the building needs a major overhaul. Very old looking and outdated. Even the rooms need a major upgrade and the carpet is terrible in the room. Need extra soaps shampoo and body creams to be readily available. No face cloths available in the room. Everything was extremely limited. "
