"Amazing customer service! Needed extra things for the room and they were there in minutes! They go above and beyond! Will definitely stay here again!! They let us stay after because our flight was delayed! They were amazing!!"

"The room was very clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the city. Check in and check out was quick and easy. There was a lot of construction noise on our last morning in the room but it was a Monday and I guess I can’t be mad that people are simply doing their jobs. It was pretty loud but not the end of the world. There was no mini fridge in our room (space for it but nothing was there) and although there was a coffee maker, no actual coffee was stocked. There was also a supposed credit per day to be used at the hotel restaurant and we only used the breakfast buffet on the last day of our stay. I was charged $42 for a single buffet breakfast which I thought was kind of expensive for what I had…and was told at checkout that the discount had been applied. Overall a good stay but I’d avoid the overpriced buffet and head out to any of the great food spots nearby. "
