"The staff were friendly and helpful. There was air con but with it being -9 we didn’t use it. The room was well heated though so didn’t notice the cold. The room we had was a bit small for 4 people but we’ve stayed before and had a very spacious room, just depends what’s available in check in. The location is amazing, 3 min walk and your on Times Square!"

"I liked everything. Even though the hotel was very crowded, we didn’t have any problems. The only thing I didn’t like were the additional extra fees that we were required to pay. Because of that, it ended up being much more expensive than I expected."

"I didn’t eat breakfast there, but I ate in the coffee shop and it was very good. The Broadway lounge was really fun to come back to in the evening. The hotel is located in a fantastic location and it is really excellent."
