"We absolutely loved this hotel! My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights for a wedding. I misplaced my card so I went up to the front desk to ask and she couldn't do it so she went out back and the same woman who checked us in came out and said " You were supposed to be out this morning, you have 2 choices; you can pay $250 for tonight or we can ESCORT you and your stuff out now. " Without even asking me if my reservation was different. It turned out she was WRONG and I did have another night, which I knew. I was shaking and so embarrassed in front of everyone. I don't remember her name but she had longish white/gray hair, Cocoa beach. The manager came up to our room and gave us a $50 gift card for dinner and 2 free drinks, so that did make us feel better. We just hope she learned to ASK the customer first if they have different information. We heard that they went through our room 3 times looking for us. All of this stuff happened but we would go back again, we don't want to let 1 bad apple ruin everything! God bless- Sandra and Graham Branlund"
