"We stayed actually 2 nights prior to cruise and after returning from cruise, what can I tell you other than the staff is great very professional and kind the rooms are okay clean but not sound proof you can hear everything going on outside since it’s like a motel and breakfast was okay but because of people tend to eat and chat after they get done eating and a small breakfast area we had no place to seat not the hotels fault just people not caring or paying attention around them there’s no quiet time posted so I heard a lady in a group laughing so loud that it wouldn’t allow me to get sleep before catching a early flight they were 10 feet from my door and finally quit around 3:30 Am this should be addressed by manager I notified the front desk around 1130 pm and she went out and asked to lower there voice and conversation it helped for a about an hour and started up again just rude people not hotels fault and again the staff was great "

"AVOID THIS PLACE. Don’t book it. Don’t do it. This hotel was AWFUL. They market it as luxury but it is nothing but a high traffic quick turnover timeshare motel dump. The beds were clean and somewhat comfortable but the positives ended there. As soon as we arrived to check in there was a line of cars backed up waiting. It took my husband AN HOUR AND ALMOST 15 MINUTES to check in from the time he walked in…unmitigated chaos. It just got worse from there. The entire place smells strongly of chemicals. The “luxury suites” are as FAR AS POSSIBLE away from the beach and directly facing/opening up to the busy, very noisy street. The bedrooms are tiny and cramped and have ZERO windows so inside was dark as night all day long. The master bathroom was TINY…and had no hot water so we couldn’t shower in it for the length of our stay. We informed the office early the day after we checked in and they assured us it would be fixed right away. No one ever came and the desk seemed not to care about it at all. The lazy river was supposedly heated- it was freezing and unusable. The tiki bar area was in disarray and a total mess. The bartender was kind but the drinks were all mix and much too sweet. Shame on this place for charging what they do for a two night stay and not making sure the most basic necessities are taken care of. Such a scam. I wish I’d listened to the negative reviews before booking. "
