"Carpets were very clean. Some of the surfaces had been missed though and the coffee/tea in the room needed re-stocking. Staff were delightful. Breakfast options were very good and plentiful. "

It was eventually resolved but staff were unhelpful and didn’t even offer an apology. The lady on reception was exceptional though. She went out of her way helping us find our way to an event and arranging a late check out so my daughter could swim."

"We appreciated the last minute booking with assistance from Expedia.. Last room available was ADA and not quite what we usually expect but we were grateful for a clean quiet room and a comfortable bed in large rooms. Breakfast was fantastic and our waitress was wonderful!"

"Booked at short notice, the staff were very accommodating and the hotel easy to be in with a family. The rooms were lovely. The view from the property is stunning, we will definitely return. The only downside was the lack of gluten free options available from the bar menu. That is something that perhaps we could have mitigated had we not booked at short notice. The breakfast had all gluten free options available and was great. Strongly recommend a stay here."
