"The hotel is situated in an excellent location. The neighborhood is safe and conveniently close to public transportation, which is quite user-friendly. The staff was exceptional, particularly Jordan and his colleague, who were incredibly kind and attentive. I was there to celebrate my birthday and immerse myself in the beautiful culture of Korea. My room offered a stunning view, and the staff was genuinely friendly and patient throughout my stay. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, but I was too busy exploring Seoul to fully enjoy the amenities. There’s so much to see and do in this vibrant city. I was grateful to return to my cozy room, which had a comfortable bed and breathtaking views. I also appreciated the eco-friendly features, such as the automated curtains and lights."
