"I’d stay here before our conferences, but never for personal. It was great. What a staple in downtown Toronto. We were really surprised with the pool area and the big outdoor spot by the pool that had like a garden and tennis courts. It was great."

"This was a nice hotel with updated decor in our room. Our stay was during TIFF which is a busy time- the lobby was extremely busy and noisy. The neighbourhood is okay and we found a good Italian restaurant nearby. It was a quick cab ride to union station which was very convenient for us. The hotel breakfast was quite nice too and the staff were friendly."

The location is fantastic—very central and close to everything, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and a great choice for our stay. From now on, this will definitely be our go-to hotel whenever we visit Toronto. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in an excellent downtown location!"
