Very clean and quiet space. House keeping comes regularly, staff very helpful and polite. Cafe Nicole restaurant is very good with all you can eat breakfast. A lot of walkable destinations in regards to downtown or Uber for cheap. Pool, hot tub and gym kept clean.

5 stars! Lovely modern interior inside. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Great showers. Location of this hotel is the winning factor for me. Less than 10mins walk to Union station and less than 5 mins to the Lawrence market and Gooderham building. 15mins walk to the distillery district. Really excellent hotel for tourists to get around on foot. Would stay again!

Novotel exceeded our expectations. The room was not cramped, it was clean and everything was in the right place. Bonus points for lighting and usb/electric outlets. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. And the breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of fresh options.
