"This was an excellent stay for our journey to London. The location is great, quiet, and easy to navigate to many destinations. The room was a bit delayed for our check in, but we were able to be seated at the bar until the room was ready. The room is a bit outdated but comfortable with a touch of British feel. The only big con I have is that there are np mini fridges to store food and drink. That being said, everything else was fantastic with a special highlight to the service of the team. They are attentive and make the stay feel a bit more luxurious. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back."

"Can’t speak highly enough about The Drey! The staff were so kind and welcoming and I was even able to check in a couple hours early. As a solo woman travelling I felt very safe with the online key card and overall vibe of the hotel. The room was clean and perfect for one person (I booked the Snug room). Location is fantastic, just a stones throw from Earl’s Court Station. There’s also plenty of coffee shops and food shops around to grab anything you need. Very pleased with my stay and made my first trip to London in over a decade a very happy one ◡̈ thank you so much to everyone at The Drey. "

"Pleasant and helpful staff. Spacious, well appointed and clean room. Good selection on buffet breakfast. Good value for a Central London overnight stay and just round the corner from Marble Arch tube station so easy transport links. "

"Room clean. Bed and bedding good. Bathroom clean and updated. Nespresso machine with pods, tea and kettle. Air con bit noisy but seemed to work. Nice bath robes and decent towels. Location ideal for museums. Paid for upgrade to room and it was modern and nice. Worth £40? Can’t say as I didn’t see the Grand King to compare. Breakfast was ok, not brilliant. Staff all good. Disappointing you have to pay a lot for a swim! Only negative is the stupid shower head - if you turn it on, you get soaked with cold water and rainfall showers are no good for a shower without hair washing."
